Cooking Classes

1. Pricing Structure:

The prices for our cooking classes vary based on the selected meal and the number of attendees (2-8 people).
Cooking class listing displays a base deposit amount. This deposit secures your booking and chosen time slot and will be applied to your final balance.
The final price will be determined after discussing the specific details of the class, including meal preferences, number of participants, and location.
Photos and videos will be taken during the class and may be provided to participants upon request.

2. Booking Process:

To book a cooking class, customers must select their desired time slot and pay the deposit amount.
After booking, we will contact you to finalize the details of your class, including meal preferences, location preference (your home or our kitchen), and any other special requests.
Based on these details, we will calculate the final price for the class and send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Your booking will be confirmed once the full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms:

The deposit amount paid during booking is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of the class.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled date of the cooking class.
You will receive an invoice from Lepley's Kitchen to pay the remaining balance once all details of your class have been finalized.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled class date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund.
Customers may request to reschedule their class subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled class date.

5. Class Details:

Our cooking classes typically last 3 hours and include hands-on instruction, recipe demonstrations, and tasting sessions.
All necessary ingredients and equipment will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
Photos and videos will be taken during the class for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in advance.
